WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT A REFUND?
Investing early always involves risk. However, our team believes you should be able to get your money back during the token launch phase, which can be very sensitive if things go wrong.
A token falling below its IDO price, an unexpected hack, or simply changing your mind are all valid reasons why you may want to get a refund.
Community is our most valuable thing, so all IDO participants will have a specific window to be eligible for a refund of their GainsPad contributions.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To request a refund, you must trigger the ‘refund’ button of the contributions section of your GainsPad account before the refund window (usually 24 or 48 hours) expires.
With this new fundraising model, unpleasant surprises are no more, and you can invest with your eyes closed! 😌
